FileTrail
Applied Records Management is an authorized reseller for FileTrail. In conjunction with ARM, FileTrail offers a 100 percent web-based application that physically tracks individual document files using a bar coding system from inception to destruction or the permanent archiving of your records. Clients can automate the tracking of files to match their current filing system, for example, by carrying over the same alphabetization or color-coding scheme in identifying customer records. Highly sensitive information can also be tracked through the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags that rely on short-range antennas to track file movement throughout the client�s physical location and warns if a protected file has left the premises.
