The Applied Records Management Story

"I don't know."

This was the answer given to attorney Mark Fidel by a client when asked if he could locate a key business record as part of his defense in a major lawsuit.  That simple answer led Mr. Fidel to establish Applied Records Management, a firm that specializes in records management consulting and litigation support services.  His mission is to help his clients answer the "where is it?" questions with complete confidence that they have fully protected their companies from the liability that can otherwise arise from mistakes in records management policies and procedures.

Applied Records Management focuses on two major service areas.

 

In its litigation support services, ARM is dedicated to helping law firms find and access litigation documents, such as pleadings, deposition transcripts and videotaped testimony, quickly and efficiently.  Services include document scanning, database coding and trial presentation.

 

In its records management consulting services, ARM enables companies in records-intensive industries to streamline their business and client records, and reduce their paperwork burdens within the confines of a sound retention and destruction policy.  Our consultants apply such tools as internal audits, analysis of work flow processes, and thorough review and/or creation of an effective records management policy.
